Prescription information

The FDA (Food and Drug Administration) requires us to collect a prescription for the purchase of all oxygen concentrators, nebulizers, and CPAP Bilevel. Your machine by doctors order must be set to the settings indicated on the prescription.

Checklist for submitting your prescription

• Prescriptions must be issued by a doctor licensed to practice medicine in the United States.

Oxygen Concentrators

Oxygen concentrators require a prescription from your doctor stating the need for this equipment. They do not need to specify the exact manufacturer unless that it is a requirement set forth by your insurance company for reimbursement.
