Our Commitment to Our Customers

POC Medical understands there are just times when products ordered just don’t meet your needs. That is why we are committed to working with our customers to ensure products with warranties perform according to the manufacturer ’s specifications. Warranty information, were applicable, can be found enclosed within product package, and on the invoice you receive.

In addition, we also offer our own 30-day money back guarantee on all pulse oximeters, and oxygen concentrators with less than 20 hours of use on all oxygen concentrators. Your Concentrator needs to be returned within the 30-day time frame (date received, to the date we receive the product, a charge of $100.00 will apply all other amounts will be returned. A $12.00 shipping and handling charge will be applied on all pulse oximeters. So you can shop with confidence knowing that if your purchase is not appropriate, you can return your item within 30 days.

Returns

If you have received an item from POC Medical that you are dissatisfied with, please contact Customer Service at 877-396-8161 Monday thru Friday, 9 to 5 EST to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number. We will accept the return of any item* provided it is unused, in resalable condition and returned with a copy of your invoice within 30 days of the date the item(s) were shipped. Returned items must include all original accessories, literature and packaging in the same salable condition in which it was received. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Incorrect items shipped as per POC Medical’s error, or items with a manufacturing defect will not be charged the 20% restocking fee. All returns must be prepaid; we will not accept C.O.D. Or postage due.

Only returns with an authorized RA number will be accepted. All returns must be shipped within 10 days of receiving your RA notification. Once the Return Authorization Number has been obtained, return the product(s) to us at the following address:

Cancellations

If you cancel your order after it has already shipped we consider it as a return and the above policy applies.

Damaged Items

Once your package arrives please ensure it is not damaged or defective in any way. Notification of damaged or defective products must be made within 72 hours of receiving your item. In this case a full credit will be issued for both the purchase and the shipping costs.

Returns

Refunds are credited once your item reaches our warehouse and we confirm contents and all original packaging materials. Refunds by credit card will be issued to the same card and checks or money orders will be issued in one week.
