Does POC Medical ship packages internationally?

Yes, POC Medical is happy to work with customers to ship certain products internationally. Please note that our FREE shipping policy does not apply to shipments sent internationally directly by POC Medical. Unfortunately, some manufacturers prohibit us from sending their products outside the U.S. Please call us at (877) 396-8161 with any questions about shipping.

How will POC Medical ship my product?

Most packages are shipped via UPS or Fedex directly from our warehouse and arrive within 5-7 business days of your order. Tracking numbers are available on all products shipped via UPS or Fedex. Please note that UPS and Fedex cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

We offer free shipping for all purchases over $25 to the 48 contiguous US states (sorry Alaska and Hawaii!). We will ship to Alaska and Hawaii, though actual shipping rates will apply. We will ship to business and residential addresses, but do not ship to PO Boxes.

If you wish to ship internationally, call us for free at (877) 396-8161. Depending on the product, we’ll work with you to coordinate the shipping. Due to international laws surrounding certain medical equipment, all we can promise is that we will do everything we can to ensure you get the product you want to the destination you desire.
